Return Policy

 

We hope you loved your item(s)! In case you need to return it for whatever reason, here are the steps to follow:

To make a return you must include your invoice with your item. To start your return, please contact us for return authorization.

Can I return my item(s)? 

You can return as long as:

  • It was not bought as “FINAL SALE
  • It is returned within 14 days of original purchase.
  • Your item(s) show no signs of wear. This means items must appear unworn, unwashed, free of deodorant and/or makeup, alterations, free of pet hair, etc.

Items that will not be accepted for return:

  • Items returned past 14 days of original purchase.
  • Items that have been worn (show signs of wear; see above)
  • Accessories: Jewelry, Other Health and Beauty Products
  • Final Sale Items

If you want to exchange your size:

  • Please contact customer service and note on your printed invoice what size you would like in return. There is not a return label fee for exchanges.
  • Items returned to Honey + Pine in the attempt to exchange must still be returned in the 14 day window, show no signs of wear, and cannot be a final sale item.

Return Label FEE:

  • There will be a fee for a return label for shipping back to Honey + Pine for all US orders.

If your item is damaged:

Please notify our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include pictures of the damage so we can help you quicker.
